How This Works
The Discord server will have all relevant times marked in the server calendar for your convenience.
The Discord Server will open to new members .
Participants who want to enter the Raffle may do so by joining the Discord Server and submitting an intro post in the #introductions-2026 Channel. Alumni may opt into participating in 2026 at any time after the creation of the #introductions-2026 Channel.
Registered Participants may begin submitting fanwork on . Each submission will earn a participant Raffle Tickets based on a number of factors. (See The Raffle for details). The cutoff for submissions is .
Raffle Tickets will be tallied and distributed into prize pots starting February 1st. Participants will be contacted privately with their ticket count and asked how they want to spend their tickets. They will be given a list of prizes they can win (as donated by volunteers), and they may distribute their tickets however they like towards any and all of their desired prizes. (Stipulations and requirements for prize delivery will be disclosed in advance for full transparency).
As this requires participant feedback, exact times are unclear.
Once all tickets are allocated as participants desire, the date of the Raffle draw will be announced. Tickets will be fed into a randomizer app and the winner will be drawn randomly. This will be hosted live in the server VC, complete with video stream, and the results will be posted in the server announcements at the end. (This can usually be arranged by February 7th, give or take, but exact dates may vary in accordance with schedule fluctuations).
